Muskoka Hiking
Gravenhurst
Kashe Barrens Trail
Main Use: hiking
Other Use: skiing
Length: 5 km
The Kahshe Barrens trails are just off of Hwy 11 at the Muskoka Tourism office. These are very easy trails used mostly for hiking and also skiing in the winter. There may be the odd snowmobiler on the trails from time to time as well. The trails cross some streams and there are some view points that are nice as well. But overall, a fairly tame walk through the forest.
