Leslie M. Frost Natural Resources Centre Trails

Main Use: skiing
Other Use: hiking
Length: 25 km

On the west shore of St. Nora Lake you will find the Frost Centre along Hwy 35 just 11km south of Dorset. There are over 25 km of groomed ski trials making this one of the best cross country ski areas in Muskoka. This area is actually at the outer fringes of the Muskoka and near the Haliburton Highlands. There are warm up shelters and you will traverse some rugged area with beautiful lookouts, waterfalls and old growth pine and hemlock. In the summer, these trails are fantastic for hiking.
