Old Stone Road Trail

Main Use: hiking
Other Use: skiing, snowshoeing
Length: 4.7 km

The Old Stone Road trail is just west of Gravenhurst and can be accessed off of Hwy 169 to North Muldrew road. There is a bit of Muskoka history on these trails as they were originally used by the early pioneers to travel from Bala to Gravenhurst. Its interesting terrain, and if you continue north you will enter the Torrance Barrens Conservation and Dark Sky reserve which is famous for star gazing.

If there is a particular Muskoka Hiking Trail we missed or you think deserves mention, please Contact Us. We'd love to hear from you.
