Arrowhead Lake is located within Arrowhead Provincial Park and is just north of Huntsville, the top of the Muskoka Lakes region. Access the park via Highway 11. It’s within the Huntsville lakes area of Muskoka.
The surrounding area near the park is quintessential Muskoka cottage country so check out this lake and you will get a sense of that the area in general offers. It’s a small lake surrounded by hiking trails and nearby campsites. It’s a busy place in the summer and is average for fishing smallmouth bass but is much slower for brook trout. There is also a beach on the east side for swimming. In the winter the trails are used for cross country skiing.
