Fletcher Lake is small lake north of Dorset of Route 12 and part of the chain of lakes of Clinto and Crozier. There is some lake trout fishing and there are cottages in the vicinity. There is a picnic area at the sound end of the lake and a boat launch nearby. The lake has a number of bays and points making it very scenic. There is a service road of Route 12 at the south end and one near the north end of the Fletcher Lake just past Bear Lake Road.
