Fox Lake

Fish: smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, pike
Cottages: Yes

Fox Lake is just south of Buck Lake and northwest of Lake Rosseau. Fox Lake was formed as a result of the damming the Buck River at the south end of the lake just before Lake Vernon. It’s a popular summer destination with cottages on the west side and more so on the east waterfront of the lake. Access to Fox Lake is off of Ravenscliffe Road (Route 2) and East Fox Lake Road. To get to the west side of the lake, exit off of Etwel Road (Route 45) to West Fox Lake Road. There is good fishing for bass and some pike.

Our Lake Ontario list is growing and our goal is to strive to give the most comprehensive list available. If there is a particular lake we missed or you think deserves mention, please Contact Us. We'd love to hear from you.
