Lake Muskoka is a big lake and the heart of the cottage country lifestyle. Obviously fishing is a common past time here with muskellunge, small mouth and large mouth bass, stocked lake trout, pike. But as a larger lake there is all kinds of water sports like windsurfing, sailing, pleasure boating and water skiing, and paddling. There are dozens and dozens of islands. There are luxury resorts as well. This is one of the big four lakes in Muskoka and is accessible in almost every direction because of its size. Cottages abound from opulent to basic.
Our Lake Ontario list is growing and our goal is to strive to give the most comprehensive list available. If there is a particular lake we missed or you think deserves mention, please Contact Us. We'd love to hear from you.
