Fish: smallmouth bass, largemouth bass

Prospect Lake is in the Muskoka River area, just south of Route 118 (Tretheway Falls Road). Turn south on Prospect Lake Road and there are a couple roads in directly to the lake. There is a nice beach for swimming. Fishing for bass is reasonable.
