Fish: smallmouth bass, pike
Stewart Lake is located at the well known Muskoka town of MacTier. From Hwy 400 take Exit 89 on Hwy 69 east to Route 11 and go straight to MacTier. There is a public swimming beach in town and a boat launch. This is a popular cottage area as well and Lake Joseph is only a few miles away. There are access roads at both ends of the lake. Their are cottages all along the south shore of the lake and particularly on the north point that juts into the lake near Dolly Island. The fishing in Stewart lake is mostly for smallmouth bass and pike.
Our Lake Ontario list is growing and our goal is to strive to give the most comprehensive list available. If there is a particular lake we missed or you think deserves mention, please Contact Us. We'd love to hear from you.
