McRae Point Provincial Park
McRae Point Provincial Park is a small park situated on peninsula at the north end of Lake Simcoe not far from Orillia. It’s a beautiful spot to stop on your way up to Muskoka cottage country from Toronto.
There are beautiful sandy beaches with volleyball nets, baseball diamonds and boat launches to take advantage of the fishing and water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, water skiing and of course swimming. Or hike around the nature trail. There are also over 200 campsites in the park, half of which offer electricty if you have a trailer and there are full amenities as well.
